Mr Connell was really helpful today and listened to everything I had to say. We spoke about the symptoms I was experiencing and the different routes I could go down. Mr Connell explained everything really well and helped me to understand what I need to do. This is the first time I have felt listened to by a doctor and would recommend anyone to see Mr Connell.
He was pleasant gentleman, informative, trustworthy and caring.
Mr Connell was so lovely, he was reassuring, kind, professional and had a great sense of humour. Would recommend him to anyone. Thank you so much for looking after me.
I greatly value Mr Connell's professional expertise. During my consultation his empathic manner really made me feel valued and put me at ease.
Liked his honesty and manner.
I was seen & treated by Mr Connell who most importantly to me, listened to me regarding my complaint and made me feel understood as a patient. The treatment I have received from him, the hospital and staff has been first class and I would have no hesitation in recommending KIMS to anyone
Although only seeing him once before my admission for treatment at Benenden I felt confident he understood my condition and my concerns. Mr Connell is approachable with a quirky sense of humour. Before and after the operation he came firstly to reassure me and latterly to confirm the operation had went well.
Mr Rowan Connell is an amazing consultant surgeon. Due to the fact that I was scared to go into the hospital to have my procedure done , he made me feel safe. Thank you for all your support! I truly recommend him. After my great experience at KIMS hospital, I would say , if you have any procedure to be done, please do not think twice because with Mr Rowan Connell, you are in good hands.
Mr Connell was kind, listened and reassured me. I would not hesitate to recommend him or return to him should the need arise.
