During an event raising awareness of the effects of menopause, a number of male MPs tried on the 'MenoVest', a product produced by company Over The Bloody Moon, which recreates one of menopauses' more direct and uncomfortable symptoms, hot flushes.
Wes Streeting, Stephen Kinnock and Nick Thomas-Symonds were some of the politicians who tried the device, feeling the effects after seconds and sharing their immediate discomfort, and desire to remove the vest, with those at the event.
